Ingredients

cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
Directions

Heat 1 C water just a bit
2.
Add sugar and stir (this way the sugar blends with the water instead of sinking to the bottom)
3.
Put the lemon juice into a pitcher
4.
When sugar is fully dissolved, add to pitcher
5.
Add the other 4 cups of water (cold)
6.
Refrigerate for an hour
7.
Rim glass with sugar and garnish with mint.
