Ingredients

â 9â graham cracker pie shell

can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
½ cup of key lime or regular lime juice
1
tub (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed

- 8 oz. package of reduced fat cream cheese at room temperature
1
tbsp of finely grated lime peel
Directions

1. In a bowl with electric mixer on medium speed, beat together the sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese and lime juice until smooth and thickened.

2. Fold in the whipped topping and grated lime peel.

3. Spoon mixture into the baked pie shell; cover and freeze for about two hours before serving.

4. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
