pounded boneless, skinless chicken breasts

can Whole stewed Tomatoes

Prepare chicken by pounding then douse in flour and brown lightly in frying pan with olive oil. Place in large baking dish. Chop mushrooms and add to pan. Chop tomatoes and do not add the juice from the can. Add garlic and mix together. Add marsala wine and then sprinkle the top of the pan with flour (the more the thicker the sauce) Bake at 400 degrees for about an hour to an hour and a half depending on your preference. Serve alone or over pasta. Whole wheat goes very well.
