Description:

This is a light but quite filling summers evening meal for 4 people.

Ingredients

1
regular tin size Tuna in vegetable oil
2
cups of pre-cooked rice
salt to taste
250ml milk
200
gram grated cheddar cheese
1
tsp mustard
2
eggs
pepper to taste

Directions

1.
PRE-HEAT THE OVEN ON 180 DEGREE CELCIUS.Mix the mustard,pepper, salt eggs and milk together until smooth. Put half the rice in an oven bowl - top it with half of tuna and half the grated cheese on top. Repeat this again and lastly throw the milk mixture over it. Put in pre-heated oven for approximately 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and looks golden brown.

Served best when warm.

Can be varied with slices of onion and tomatoes put in as well.
