Ingredients
grated parmesan or grand pandana
dessert spoon creme fraiche(optional)

slices of wholemeal bread
Directions
1.
In a bowl - crack two eggs, add chilli and tabasco, creme fraiche, parmesan and whisk with a fork. put a knob of butter in a frying pan and melt
2.
Add the egg mixture and slowly cook till soft (take off the heat to cook slowly - returning to keep it warm as and when required)
3.
Toast the bread then butter and smear with marmite
4.
Add the scrambled eggs on top
