Ingredients
Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
Thick coconut milk 1/2 cup
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped 2 tbsp
Fresh coriander leaves 1 cup

Clean chicken, remove skin and then cut into sixteen pieces. Apply salt and leave aside.

Peel and chop onion finely.

Make a fine paste of one cup green coriander, scraped coconut, ginger and green chillies.

Heat oil in a pan, add whole spices and cumin seeds. When they crackle, add chopped onions and cook until soft and translucent.

Add green masala paste and sauté on low heat for two to three minutes.

Add chicken pieces and further cook for two to three minutes.

Add a little water, adjust salt and cook until chicken is done.
9.
Add coconut milk and garam masala powder. Mix well.
10.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
