FIRST, MUSTARD BOIL WITH OIL, CUT MANGO SCREW AND BOIL AND FRY, AS YOU WISH ADD SALT, CHILEE POWDER, FENUGREEK POWDER, PEPPER, ASAFOETIDA, LAST FEW SECONDS YOU ADD ONE SPOON GINGLY OIL. GOOD SIDE DISH READY. IT USE LUNCH, DINNER AND BREAK FAST
