Ingredients

1
tbsp flour
1
c milk
2
tbsp butter
1
tbsp honey mustard
2
c. cheese ( I love a mix of Swiss and Cheddar Cheese)
2
c. elbow pasta (cooked)
Salt and Pepper
1
c. chopped ham

Directions

1.
In a pan over medium heat, melt your butter. Then add the flour and slowly whisk together. Allow this to carefully cook for a couple of minutes. Be careful that this doesn't burn.
2.
Then whisk in your milk.
3.
While this thickens, put your cooked pasta into a bowl and mix in your ham.
4.
Keep mixing the sauce until it is nice and thick. Add in your mustard and some salt and pepper to taste.
5.
Then, stir in your cheese and let it melt.
6.
Once this is melted, pour the sauce over your pasta and ham.
7.
I like to garnish this with a little parsley.
8.
It's really easy and super delicious.
