Description:

A vegetarian recipe so simple and so good that your guests is not gonna believe its vegetarian :) My brother is not a big fan of cottage cheese but loved the lasanga

Ingredients

* Pastry sheets (green or yellow)
* Cottage cheese 500 grams
* Pastasause with a flavour approx. 400 grams (e.g basilika, garlic or ricotta)
* Natural yoghurt 150 gram
* Crushed tomatoes 200 gram
* Grated cheese (optional)

Directions

1.
Just mix all ingredients together except the cheese, start with the mixture then pasta sheets then mixture and so on. Finish with mixture and then the grated cheese. Cook as the package says on the pasta sheets (normally 20 min, 200 degrees)
