red pepper flakes to taste

potatos peeled and chopped

cup unsweetened peanut butter
Directions

Heat the oil in your dutch oven.

Add the lamb and onions.
3.
Cook over high heat for a few minutes to seal the juices in the meat.
4.
Bring heat to low and simmer for a couple more minutes.
5.
Add tomato paste, tomatos, red pepper, carrot and potatos.
6.
Cook on low for a half hour.
7.
Add the peanut butter and beef broth and stir.
