Ingredients

1
lb ground beef
1
egg
1/4
yellow onion, chopped
1
sleeve Keebler Townhouse crackers, crushed
1
c French's fried onions, crushed
1/4
cup tomato ketchup
2
tbsp yellow mustard
salt
pepper

Directions

1.
-Spray one loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray, set aside.
2.
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees
3.
-Combine all dry ingredients (1 sleeve keebler townhouse crackers, crushed, 1c crushed French's fried onions) and 1/2 diced yellow onion
4.
-add 1lb ground beef, salt and peppered to taste
5.
- add one egg
6.
-add 1/4c ketchup and 2 tbsp mustard
7.
Roll up your sleeves and mix it all together until it is an even, uniform consistancy.
8.
Place mixture in loaf pan, stripe the top with ketchup and bake for 45 minutes to an hour or until meatloaf is brown and the edges of the loaf start to pull away from the pan. Goes great with a baked potato!
