or 4 spoons sugar or equivalent amount sugarfree sweetener.

Directions
1.
Take a ripe mango and extract its pulp into a mixer. Cover the mixer jar and beat it for 45 secs or until the pulp is in paste form.

Add milk, crushed ice & sugar and beat it again for 1 min.

Pour the smoothie into glasses.

Crush the roasted chaewnuts very coarsely. Decorate the smoothie by sprinkling some of this coarsely ground cashewnuts.

Note: If you are not serving this smoothie immideatly, dont add crushed ice as it will dilute the consistency. You can always add ice later on.
