Description:

Mango smoothie or mango milk shake is a sweet drink that can be taken either along with lunch/dinner or as is. This milk shake cools down the body and it is preferred to have it during sumer eason.

Ingredients

1
ripe mango.
400
ml skimmed milk.
3
or 4 spoons sugar or equivalent amount sugarfree sweetener.
3-4
roasted cachew (optional)

cubes of Ice crushed

Directions

1.
Take a ripe mango and extract its pulp into a mixer. Cover the mixer jar and beat it for 45 secs or until the pulp is in paste form.
2.
Add milk, crushed ice & sugar and beat it again for 1 min.
3.
Pour the smoothie into glasses.
4.
Crush the roasted chaewnuts very coarsely. Decorate the smoothie by sprinkling some of this coarsely ground cashewnuts.
5.
Serve Chilled.
6.
Note: If you are not serving this smoothie immideatly, dont add crushed ice as it will dilute the consistency. You can always add ice later on.
