Directions
1.
Blend mango into a smooth paste in a mixer adding a cup of water.
2.
pour this juice in a pan.
3.
peel the skin from the fruits and dice into small pieces.
4.
Add the fruits and the sugar to the mango juice and bring it to boil.
5.
keep stirring occasionally.
6.
After the fruits get cooked and the raw smell of mango disappears, add the vannila essence.
7.
when bubbles appear and the pudding is thick in consistency remove the pan from the store.
8.
In a kadai, heat ghee and add cashewnuts which is cut into small pieces.
9.
when the cashews turn golden brown in colour, pour the ghee and cashwnuts into the pudding and stir.
