cup of red wine vinegar

gloves of minced garlic

of a cup of extra virgin olive oil

tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Directions

Saute mushrooms in 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil. Cook till tender, do not brown. Let the mushrooms cool then add to an air tight container. Add remaining ingredients and refrigerate for 3 days before serving. Be sure to stir mixture once a day.
