Description:

- Any variety of papad could be used. If you use the spicy variety, you can reduce the quantity of chilli powder. - Add the topping only before serving or the papads tend to become soggy.

Ingredients

Papads ,

tbsp finely chopped Onions
(2 medium sized Onions),

tbsp finely chopped
Coriander-Leaves(Hara-Dhania) ,
1/2
tsp Lemon juice or
Dried-Mango-Powder(Amchur) ,
1/2
tsp Chilli powder,
Salt to taste,
Oil for frying.

Directions

1. Fry the papad in hot oil.

2. Mix the onions, coriander leaves,

lemon juice, chilli powder and salt.
4.
3. Just before serving, sprinkle this

mixture on top.
6.
Serve immediately.
