Ingredients

Free Range Chicken from Local Farmer
Handfulls of Fresh Garden Herbs - Thyme, Oregano, Sage, Basil, Bay Leaves, Rosemary, Chives etc...
Local Olive Oil
Freshly picked Lemons x 2
Garlic - copious amounts!
Onions x 2
Salt & Freshly picked pink peppercorns
l o v e (the secret ingredient)

Directions

1.
-Do this with l o v e -
2.
-Squeeze lemon juice all over chicken
3.
-Put lemon skins into chickens tummy
4.
-Rub olive oil all over chicken
5.
-Rub all the fresh garden herbs over the chicken
6.
-Put stalks of all herbs into chickens tummy...
7.
-Lightly smash garlic and put in chickens tummy...
8.
-Roughly chop onion and put in chickens tummy...
9.
-Salt & Pepper to taste
10.
-Cook in oven slowly and baste regularly
11.
-Talk to chicken and make sure all is happy
12.
-open a nice glass of cold white wine to enjoy with meal....
13.
-Serve with selection of fresh garden vegetables
