Ingredients

2
cups shucked corn
2
cups all purpose flour
2
Tbsp sugar
4
tsp baking powder
1
tsp salt
cold water
Steamer
Plastic container to fit your cornbread

Directions

1.
Grind the corn.
2.
Mix all the ingredients.
3.
Add just enough water to make a stiff dough.
4.
Let this sit for 10 minutes.
5.
Put water in your steamer.
6.
Put your burner on high.
7.
Put the mixture into yout plastic containers, leaving one inch on top.
8.
Put the plastic container on the top level of your steamer.
9.
Steam for 15 minutes.
10.
Use a toothpick to check for doneness.
