Description:

These are, hands down, the best rolls ever. Dough is great for crescent rolls, pepperoni rolls, cloverleaf rolls, hamburger and hot dog buns, and pizza dough.

Ingredients

3/4
c. milk
1/2
c. water
1/4
c. sugar
5
T. butter
1
egg (beaten)
1
t. salt
4
c. flour
1
package of yeast
melted butter (optional)

Directions

1.
In a bread machine put in all ingredients in order as listed (except melted butter). Put wet ingredients first, followed by dry ingredients and yeast on top. Set machine on "dough" setting (usually takes 1 1/2 hours). Once dough is ready, split dough into 3 equal parts. Roll dough balls into circle and brush on melted butter. Cut dough into 8 triangles with a pizza crust cutter. Roll triangles into crescent rolls. Bake for 10 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet at 400 degrees F.
