Ingredients

cups thinly sliced onions
ice water to cover
2
tbsp chopped mint
1
cup white vinegar
2/3
cup sugar, or 1/2 cup Splenda
1/2
tsp salt

Directions

1.
Place onions in water, cover and refrigerate overnight.
2.
Drain, mix ingredients and add. Serve. Can be kept marinating .... the more days the better, up to four days.
