Ingredients

dried Pasilla peppers or 1/4 Cup of ground Pasilla peppers

10 oz can of stewed tomatoes (Mexican style) (I couldnât get these so I used ½ can regular peeled tomatoes and ½ can salsa)

tbsp. of sesame oil (dark or toasted)

tsp. of ground cloves
1/2
tsp. of ground black pepper
1/2
tsp. of cinnamon (Mexican) (I couldnât get this, I used regular cinnamon)

tsp. of ground coriander

oz of chocolate (sweetened Mexican is best) (I used regular 70% chocolate and 3 tbsp sugar)
Directions
1.
First start with seasoning the chicken breasts.

I love to use Rooster Booster chicken seasoning from Smokie Okieâs, itâs got the perfect taste.

Combine all the ingredients for the Mole (except the chocolate and salt) in a blender and puree.
4.
Simmer for about 20 minutes.
5.
In the meantime you can grill the chicken breasts.

Add the chocolate to the sauce as soon as the chicken breasts are almost done, and let it simmer until itâs melted.

Slice the chicken when itâs done and serve with the Moleâ¦.. and I tell youâ¦this is delicious!!!
