Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Place ingredients in order into a large mixing bowl. Mix together with an electric mixer on lowest setting. Change mixer to medium speed for one (1) minute then change to highest speed for ten (10) minutes. Batter should have liquid consistency.

Grease and flour a round 10"x3" baking dish. Pour batter into dish and bake for one (1) hour. After one hour turn oven off leaving cheesecake inside for another hour. Do Not Open Oven Door!

Cool and refrigerate. Serve with whipped cream, strawberries or blueberries if desired.
