Ingredients

cup shredded zucchini (about 8 oz.)
1
½ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup chopped walnuts (bag)
Directions

In mixing bowl or food processor with metal blade, beat eggs until frothy.

Add sugar, oil, and vanilla â Beat until well blended
3.
Add all ingredients but walnuts
4.
Mix just until blended
6.
Grease and flour 9x5x3 inch loaf pan

Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
9.
Remove from oven and cool 10 minutes
10.
Invert onto cooling rack and flip right side up
