c. nuts, ground or finely chopped
Directions

Mix all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Roll small pieces of the dough between your hands and shape into "moons". Bake on ungreased cookie sheets approximately 20 minutes in a 350-degree oven. Bottoms of cookies will turn a very pale golden color.

Immediately upon removing from oven, either dip hot cookies into a bowl of powdered sugar or put in a paper bag with powdered sugar to coat. Handle cookies carefully.
