Toast the bread. If you want ham or cheese on it, put them on the bread while it toasts. While the bread is toasting, poach the egg (I like the microwavable egg poachers that you can buy for a few dollars at WalMart). When the bread and egg are done, spread a thin layer of harissa on it, add the egg and you have a spicy, flavorful sandwich that is low fat and high protein. Be smart and use a minimally processed, whole grain bread and reduced fat cheese for extra healthiness.
