Description:

This stuff is delicious. You will make this every summer. There are no specific measurements, so I gave estimates, but the more you make it, the more you will get the feel for it. (And keep in mind, this has a high caloric content, so leave this for indulgence days)

Ingredients

oz Papadopoulos Cookies (Grahams if you can't find Papadopoulos) you can get these at Titan in Astoria NYC
8
oz Unsalted Butter
8
oz brown sugar
8
oz cocoa powder
pinch of grated or powedered nutmeg
Booze to taste (cognac, coffee liqueur)
Aluminum paper

Directions

1.
Crush the cookies in a bag
2.
Mix with the sugar, cocoa powder and nutmeg
3.
Add butter
4.
Add liquor (start by adding a capful until you get the consistency you like)
5.
Knead with your hands until everything is incorporated well.
6.
Get some aluminum paper, coat it with unsalted butter, and form the mix into a roll, wrap it up and put it in the freezer for about 2 hours.
7.
