Ingredients
⢠1 French deli roll, split
⢠1 small tomato, sliced
⢠1 tsp balsamic vinegar
⢠2 slices mozzarella cheese
Directions

1. Take a skillet and heat over medium-low heat.

2. Using balsamic sugar sprinkle cut sides of roll. Layer one slice of mozzarella cheese, basil leaves, tomato slices and then the remaining slice of mozzarella cheese on the roll. Close the sandwich and rub outside portion with olive oil.

3. Place the sandwich in a preheated skillet then top with another heavy skillet in order to press.

4. Cook until the bread is toasted and turned golden for about 3 minutes.

5. Flip the sandwich top again with skillet until the other side is toasted for about an additional of 2 minutes.
