Ingredients

large yellow onion, chopped

6 oz can of tomato paste
*The peanut butter must be all natural
Directions

Fill a large pot with water.

Bring it water to a boil and cook until the chicken is cooked thoroughly.

In the mean time, saute the onion in the oil.
5.
When the chicken is cooked, lower the heat to a simmer, take the chicken out of the broth, let it cool and take the meat from the bones.
6.
Separate one cup of the chicken broth and stir in the tomato paste and peanut butter.
7.
Add the chicken back to the broth.
8.
Add the peanut butter mix to the broth.
9.
Stir soup has a thick consistency.
