Directions

Pre-heat the oven to 350 Farenheit

Line a 12 cup cake pan, with cup cake liners

In a large bowl mix all ingredients for 2 minutes with an electric mixer until creamy
5.
Put mixture evenly into the cupcake liners
6.
Bake for 18-20 minutes until they rise and are firm on top
7.
Cool and put on a wire rack, make sure they are cool before you ice them
