cup organic bread crumbs

cup shredded organic parmesan cheese

pound organic dry macaroni pasta
4
cups organic whole milk

oz shredded organic cheddar cheese (1/2 sharp, 1/2 mild)
Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt 1 tablespoon butter and mix with bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in small bowl and set aside.

Cook pasta per directions on package. Drain and return to pot.

In large saucepan, melt remaining butter over low to medium heat. Add flour and whisk until golden. Add milk and cook until thickens. Whisk continuously. Add mustard and cheese and whisk until melted and saucy. Taste and add salt and pepper to taste.

Pour sauce over pasta and stir well. Pour pasta into 4 quart baking dish. Sprinkle top with bread crumb mix.

Bake 25-30 minutes until lightly golden brown and bubbling. Eat!
