Ingredients
2lbs chicken (with bones)
1lb baby carrots, chopped
4-5
stalks celery, chopped

hard boiled eggs, diced
2
cans (42 oz) chicken broth
Directions

Boil the chicken until it is cooked (brown) I boiled mine 45 minutes. Cool, then pull apart into pieces.

Put everything EXCEPT orzo in a pot of 1 can of chicken broth and boil, boil 20 minutes, be sure to be able to pierce carrots with fork. Add 2nd can of broth and orzo, reboil until orzo is soft. Add salt for taste.
