medium onion, sliced thin

medium plum tomatoes, sliced thin

(14 inch) prepared pizza crust

cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cut chicken into small, bite sized pieces. In a skillet coated with cooking spray, cook and stir chicken over medium heat for 3 minutes. Then add onions and pesto. Cook and stir over medium heat for 3 more minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

Arrange tomato slices and chicken mixture on the pizza crust, being careful to stay about an inch from the edge. Sprinkle the pizza with cheese. Bake about 8 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling hot. Cut into wedges and serve while still hot.
