Ingredients
* 1 tbsp chopped green bell pepper
* 1/4 cup crushed pineapple, drained
Directions

Combine ground pork, ground veal, salt, paprika, green pepper and pineapple. Shape like a chicken leg around a wooden skewer.

Combine egg with 1 tablespoon of water, dredge "leg" and then roll again in bread crumbs.

Let stand 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Brown in frying pan in hot oil.

Put 1/2 inch water in large 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
6.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
