cups of boiled brown beans

tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
lemon juice or apple vinegar
Directions

Mix all cooked ingredients (beans, peas, carrots and corn) in one big bowl, add salt, black pepper, chopped onion, chopped red and green peppers, olive oil and juice from one lemon (or if you prefer, apple vinegar) and stir it firmly. Leave it for half an hour in fridge for all the ingredients to imbue and serve it.
