120g chocolate Marie Biscuits, crushed
140g unsalted butter, melted
30g walnuts, toasted and chopped
A: 250g cream chesse, softened
200g non dairy whipping cream
B: 4 tbsp full cream milk
half canned dark pitted cherries
150ml syrup from dark pitted cherries

combine all ingredients and press into a 8" loose base sq baking tin. Chill in fridge until firm.

double boil ingredients A till smooth. Dilute full cream milk and gelatine powder into a double boiler. Add diluted gelatine into the cheese mixture then follow by lemon juice and stir well.

3. Arrange dark pitted charreis onto the the crust. Slowly pour the cheese mixture into the tin. chill in fridge till cheese harder.

combine all the ingredients and cook with low heat till gelatine has dissolved. Leave it cool the slowly pour onto the cake and chill for 3 hour or overnight.
