Ingredients

-1 1/4lb beef flank steak
1
tsp. of ground coriander
1
tsp. of ground cumin
1
tsp. of paprika
1
tsp. of dried thyme
1/2
tsp. of fresh coarse ground black pepper
1/2
tsp. of salt
1/4
tsp. of cinnamon
2
tsp. of vegetable oil

Directions

1.
In small bowl, combine all ingredients except steak and oil. Rub spice mixture on both sides of steak.
2.
If you like, place steak on plate; let stand at room temperature 15 minutes.
3.
Meanwhile, in nonstick 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking.
4.
Add steak to skillet and cook 14-16 minutes for medium-rare or until desired doneness, turning steak over once.
5.
Transfer steak to cutting board.
6.
To serve, thinly slice steak diagonally against the grain.
