Ingredients

tsp. of coriander, ground

tsp. of pepper, Aleppo (1-2 dried red chili peppers OK too)
1/2
tsp. of ginger, ground
1/4
tsp. of turmeric, ground
1/4
cup of extra virgin olive oil
2
lbs shrimp, peeled (16/lb if possible)
Directions
1.
Mix coriander, Aleppo pepper, cumin, ginger and turmeric in a large bowl.

Add 2 tablespoons of the oil; stir to combine.
3.
Add shrimp; toss to coat.
4.
Marinate 15 minutes, or in refrigerator 4-6 hours.
5.
Heat remaining 2 tbsp. of the oil in a large heavy skillet over high heat.
6.
Add shrimp in batches, discarding marinade.
7.
Cook until browned and opaque throughout, about 2 minutes per side.
8.
Transfer cooked shrimp to a large bowl.
