Add the water and the flour and mix.

To flour mixture add the cabbage, scallion, corn, carrots, peas, tofu and the eggs, mix lightly.

Drop the batter onto a skillet so it makes a 5 inch pancake shape.

Cook it for 3 minutes.

Flip the pancake and cook for about another 3 minutes.
7.
Flip it again and cook for 3 minutes.
8.
Garnish with seaweed and bonito if you like to.

Do not flatten the pancake while you cook it or the consistency won't be right.
