Ingredients

½ pounds of chicken breast strips

cups cooked elbow macaroni
1
pkg of frozen chopped broccoli (thawed)
¼ cup toasted bread crumbs
Directions

In a medium saucepan, brown chicken strips in vegetable oil until juices run clear. Place cooked chicken in a large bowl. Add macaroni, broccoli and red pepper and mix together. Fold in shredded cheese. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and top with bread crumbs. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
