Ingredients

package Oreos 1 lb 2 ozs of your choice
1
package of Cream Cheese softened 8 oz size of your choice
2
packages @ 8 ozs each Bakers Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate
Flavor of your choice

Directions

1.
Crush 9 of the cookies to fine crumbs in food processor; reserve for later use.
2.
Crush remaining 36 cookies to fine crumbs.
3.
Place in medium bowl.
4.
Add cream cheese.
5.
Mix until well blended.
6.
Roll cookie mixture into 42 balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
7.
Melt chocolate according to packaging
8.
Dip balls in chocolate; place on wax paper-covered baking sheet.
9.
Any leftover chocolate can be stored at room temperature for another use.
10.
Sprinkle with reserved cookie crumbs.
11.
Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.
12.
Store leftover truffles, covered, in refrigerator.
