Directions

Pour oil in skillet to cover the bottom of pan.

Add carrots, celery, and onions.

Brown veal shanks in skillet.
6.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
7.
Add bouillon cubes and water.
8.
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes until most of the water is absorbed.
9.
Serve on large over rice.
