Ingredients

small sweet potato (4 oz.), quartered lengthwise

tsp olive oil
1/2
tsp rosemary
1/4
tsp garlic powder
Dash of salt
Dash of black pepper

Directions

1.
Clean sweet potato, quarter, and place on a baking sheet. Coat surfaces evenly with olive oil. Sprinkle rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper over potato. Broil for 20-25 minutes or until cooked and lightly browned.

Of course, you can multiply this recipe to serve the whole family this holiday.
