My mamma used to make this dessert all the time when we were kids.

can of condensed milk

package of Maria crackers (Graham Crackers may work)

grams of Saltfree margarine (5 ounces)

medium size passion fruit or 1 can of passion fruit juice concentrate.

tbsp of sugar

Preparation

1 - Crush Maria Crackers and mix with melted margarine trying to make a paste.

2 - Put this paste into mold that will serve as the basis for pie. Spread throughout the mold.

3 - Blend the passion fruit without water. Remove seeds

4 - In a blender, mix the passion fruit or passion fruit juice concentrate (you may use the condensed milk's can as measure) add condensed milk and the 4 yolks. Blend

5 - Set in the mold paste of crackers.

6 - With the white of the egg and four tablespoons sugar, beat until point of snow (to make a whipped cream)

7 -Put whipped cream on top of the pie.

8 - Bake for 5 minutes or until the whipped cream is gold.

6 - Put in freezer for two hours.
