oz spaghetti, cooked and drained

oz can of stewed tomatoes, drained
6
oz chopped mushrooms (about 6-8 good sized mushrooms)
1/4-1/2
cup Parmesan or mozzarella cheese (or
whatever kind you like best.)

tsp dried basil or thyme
Directions

Prepare pasta according to directions. Drain and set aside. While pasta is cooking, lightly saute' zucchini, mushrooms and garlic in olive oil over medium heat, just until soft. Add tomatoes and cook until heated through. Add vegetables, milk and butter to pasta, along with herbs. Stir to incorporate. Sprinkle cheese over tops of individual portions just prior to serving.
