Ingredients

Penne (pasta) 350 g
1
Can Pealed Tomatoes
250g Can Tuna Fish (better in Olive Oil)
2/3
garlic cloves
2
dried red hot chili peppers
50g sliced black olives

Tbsp olive oil
salt/pepper

Directions

SAUCE PREPARATION:

Put the garlic, broken red hot chili peppers and the olive oil in a large frying pan. Let the garlic blond and add the sliced olives. Let them slowly fry for 5mins then add tomatoes. Crush the tomatoes to make the juice come out and let cook at slow flame for at least 15mins. Stir now & then.

Put out of fire, add the tuna without the can oil/water and crunch it into small pieces mixing it with the sauce.

Put back on slow flame, add black pepper, stir 1min. Put out of fire to avoid the tuna to go fishy.

PASTA PREPARATION:

Put boiled water in a large pan

add 1 tbsp salt and allow water to cook

Put pasta

Cook 12mins

Dry pasta

Mix the pasta with the sauce and serve. For better presentation you can place some parsley on top.
