Ingredients

cups papaya

C sugar

Tbsp lime juice

1/2 tsp vanilla

tsp cinnamon

Tbsp butter
Salt

Cups flour

tsp baking powder

tsp salt

1/4 Cups margarine
1/2
Cups sugar
1
1/3 Cups milk

Directions

1.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
2.
Peel the papaya and remove the seeds.
3.
Cut up into large chunks.
4.
Place papaya in a pot.
5.
Fill the pot with water so it covers the papaya.
6.
Add salt, cover the pot and boil until the papaya soft.
7.
Drain the water and let cool.
8.
Masht the papaya through a strainer.
9.
Squeeze the limes, remove the seeds and add the juice.
10.
Stir in butter, vanilla, and cinnamon.
11.
Add 2 cups of sugar, stir, and taste.
12.
Mix well and set aside.
13.
Now make the crust.
14.
Measure out and combine flour, salt, and baking powder in a mixing bowl.
15.
Cut the butter into the flour.
16.
Stir sugar into the milk.
17.
Pour the sugar and milk mixture into flour mixture.
18.
Fold the milk into flour evenly.
19.
Make the dough into a ball.
20.
Place on lightly floured surface.
21.
Divide the dough into four pieces.
22.
Flatten the dough with a rolling pin.
23.
Cut out a circle.
24.
Place one piece of pie crust dough in each pie pans.
25.
Divide the filling evenly between the two pans.
26.
Cover each with a piece of dough.
27.
Use a knife to cut four holes in the top of each pie crust.
28.
Bake for 40 minutes at 350 or until crust is golden brown.
