Prepare steamer while preparing steamer in a mixing bowl,slice thinly peaches and set aside whisk together the egg yolks until nice and smooth. Then while whisking add the condensed milk, then continue whisking, then add the evap milk, then add lemon juice mix, vanilla and then dash of cinnamon. Then pour into mold or pie pan and cover with aluminum foil and steam until firm check for firmness by toothpick if comes out clean it's good if not steam more. Then take out let it cool down for few minutes. Then sprinkle on top graham cracker crumbs then chill in refrierator for few hours. Then take out if firm it should come out nicely cut around the edges place a plate underneath plate and Leche flan should come out nicely. Then spread peaches on top optional sprinkle shredded dessert cheese then chill again for few more minutes. Then serve.
