Pears pepper jam
A very special marriage between the sweetness of the pear and the surprise of the pepper

3 half LB jars
Ingredients
Cooking Instructions
| 3.3 | LB pears (peeled & cleaned) |
| 1.65 | LB sugar |
| 20 | berries of black pepper |
| juice from 1 lemon | |
| 2 | 1/2 cups of water |
Cooking Instructions
| Step 1 | 1) cook/boil the sugar,pepper, lemon juice in the water for about 5 minutes |
| Step 2 | 2) Add the pears and cook till you get to 223°f ( stir often to prevent sticking to to pot and caramelizing |
