Can be as spicy n hot as it could get

Prep:

20mins cooking, 2-3 hours for marinade

Ingredients

For the marinade :
Chicken 1kg - cut into medium pieces
Ginger Garlic paste - 1tbsp
Fresh ground pepper - 1tbsp
Salt to taste
pinch of turmeric
Mix well and keep aside for 2-3 hours
For the masala:
8-10
Green chillies
5-6
cloves
1
medium piece cinnamon

tbsp freshly grated coconut

tbsp coriander powder
1/2
cup fresh coriander
2
medium onions

Directions

Grind all the above to a coarse paste. Slice one onion finely. Heat

oil in a shallow pan and add onions. Fry till golden brown. Add masala

paste, fry for a 2-3 minutes. Add the chicken and cook till done.
