Ingredients

potatoes (leave skin) diced very small (make sure to wash them prior to boiling)
butter (you gotta eye it) I usually do 3 T
milk (you gotta eye this one too) I use just a splash
Directions
1.
Bring 3 cups of water to a boil.

Boil potatoes in bouillon water until the potatoes are soft
4.
Drain & put potatoes into large bowl
5.
Start mashing potatoes
6.
Add butter little by little until creamy
7.
Add milk little by little until creamy
8.
Mash cheese into potatoes
