Ingredients

1
cup all-purpose flour
2
eggs
1/2
cup whole milk (you can make these with lactaid, but they are so much better with whole milk)
1/2
cup water
1/4
tsp salt
2
tbsp melted butter (make sure it has cooled so it does not cook the eggs)
Non-stick
spray
spatula
frying pan

Directions

1.
In a large bowl mix the flour and the eggs. I'm not a fan of whisks so I use a fork.
2.
Slowly add the milk while mixing
3.
Do the same with the water
4.
Add the salt and butter (again, make sure it is melted but cool) until the mixture looks smooth.
5.
Heat a frying pan on high medium heat and spray with non-stick spray.
6.
Pour about 1/4 cup of mixture onto the pan
7.
Swish the mixture around the pan so it is evenly distributed.
8.
Cook the crepe until it begins to turn golden on the bottom (usually about 2 minutes)
9.
Grab a spatula, flip the crepe
10.
When it is golden on both sides put it on a plate
11.
Grab our favorite type of jam and place a bit evenly on the middle.
12.
Roll the crepe
13.
If you have powder sugar, dust a little powder sugar on top.
14.
You're done.
